Oh, hi there, lady and gents! I bet you were wondering, "Hey Stigma, why aren't there any regulations on this forum to tell me and my half-wit friends what we should and should not do?" Well, it's because I'm lazy.
Today, however, I woke up and thought, "Hey, let's type something important!" And alas, here I am, typing up these rules. They are here to tell you and your half-wit friends what you should and should not do the Left 4 Dead Wiki's official forum.
These rules are subject to change at any time. If I have to add new rules, it's because someone screwed up and I felt I should tell everyone else to never do that again, or I thought of a new way to further my attempts at becoming the dictator of the forum. Please read the rules carefully any time they are updated, as you will be punished accordingly regardless if you know the rules or not.
1. Keep it kind of clean - Talk on the forum should not exceed a PG-13 rating. A few times are understandable and will be excused, as we should all have our big boy and girl panties on. However, excessive profanity (an entire thread of nothing but it, for instance) will not be tolerated, and the associated post(s) will be deleted.
2. No flaming - Flame wars will not be tolerated. Period. There is to be no drama whatsoever on this forum, not even if you started it on the wiki. When I have to call the waaahmbulence, people die.
3. No harrassing - This is a different rule because I want to make sure I am perfectly clear. Do not, under any circumstances, harrass another user. If someone is bothering you incessantly, tell me.
4. Keep the links clean - Do not link to anything especially vulgar or untasteful. Porn, regardless of how nice it may be, should not be linked to at all. Do not link to decapitated babies, because I know there are images of that sort of thing on the Internet. If it's something funny, the least you could do is mark it as NSFW.
5. Use common sense - As we all know, common sense is anything but. But please, scrounge it up from the dark recesses of your mind and use it. If you have to ask if it's against the rules, it probably is.
6. Do not test my patience.
